**Service fees are not charged on a single return trip after a diagnostic call or inspection where a service fee was already paid.

**Minimum labor charge per trip is one hour

**EMERGENCY Rate is for services needed after hours or during the weekend. Rate includes travel time, i.e. - Rate starts when the technician begins the drive to your location, and ends when the technician completes the drive back. No service fee is included. 

**Appointment cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subjected to a $40 cancellation fee. In the case we show up to an appointment and the customer cancels on the spot they would be charged a full service fee relative to their area.

**We bill at the end of every trip. Customers have the choice to pay the technician directly or pay an invoice online net15

Warranty is 90 days on labor and 1 year on parts sold. Customer purchased parts do not qualify for this warranty.
