Roof Care
Your RV's roof is one of its most critical components. Undetected leaks can lead to wood rot and delamination, compromising both the usability and value of your RV. To help protect your investment, we offer complimentary annual roof inspections for our returning customers. During these inspections, we'll provide a detailed quote so you can avoid unexpected issues.
RV roofs are vulnerable to several failure points:
-
Caulking: Various types of caulking are used on different parts of the roof. Inferior caulking can peel, shrink, or crack, especially in extreme heat, creating gaps that lead to leaks. Proper application is crucial for effective sealing.
-
Roof Components: In Southern Arizona's intense sun, plastic components such as skylights and vent lids can dry out and crack. Other roof accessories, like plumbing vents and refrigerator vents, are also prone to damage.
-
Roof Membranes: Most RVs use rubber membranes, like EPDM or TPO, which are susceptible to environmental damage, such as tears and punctures from tree branches. The sun can also dry up and crack these liners. Fiberglass roofs, while stronger, can crack upon impact and should be inspected closely after incidents like hailstorms.
Our comprehensive inspection ensures that all these areas are thoroughly checked, giving you peace of mind and helping to maintain the integrity of your RV.

Wheel Bearing Pack
Proper bearing lubrication is vital to your safety and your trailers maintenance. If your brakes, seals, or bearings fail you can find yourself with a smoking wheel and an out of control trailer. When we perform a bearing pack service all the grease is removed from the hub and bearings. All components are closely inspected then packed with new grease and a new hub seal is installed. Lastly, brakes are cleaned and adjusted. We also take the liberty to inspect your suspension and grease any bolts that are greaseable. The bearing pack service interval is 2 years or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
DO NOT LET THIS BE YOU! It is true the grease port on the end of your E-Z lube axle spindle was designed to add grease but it is not recommended to use this by most professionals. When a proper bearing service is performed the seal is replaced. MOST of the time we perform this service the grease and bearings are in good shape BUT the seal is dry and cracked. When grease is added through the zerk this vital seal and brakes are not replaced or inspected. If the seal is compromised it will leak and contaminate the brakes causing them to overheat along with your bearings when you add grease. This is a SERIOUS safety concern and will leave you with an expensive repair bill at the minimum.
Repair
You can count on us for all your repair needs. We can confidently diagnose and repair your A/C units, appliances, generators, entry steps, control systems and so much more. We prioritize performing thorough diagnostics and parts matching to ensure your repair goes as smoothly as possible by staying up to date on all new products and testing procedures.
Upgrades
From 50 amp conversions to Solar and Lithium we have you covered. Upgrades can be very hard on RV's. Nothing is standardized when building them so no upgrade is routine. Some are easy and some are not at all. Every change made requires a thought out plan and the ability to adapt to the plan. This can leave the customer attempting the upgrade multiple times themselves and potentially damaging something. Or even worse, they hire someone not capable of the upgrade and they have a half finished job and a dent in their wallet. Save the heartache and give us a call. We will plan your project with you and provide realistic expectations and a reasonable price.
Inspections
We offer a variety of inspections for your convenience. With an abundance of knowledge in all corners of your RV we can discover and address any problems.
- Tier 1
We find many of our customers like to have an inspection multiple times a year, preferably before a trip. That way they have the peace of mind the essentials are covered. We inspect for any running gear safety concerns along with a list of anything you plan to be using on the trip and/or your concerns. This inspection is also commonly used for an annual inspection for someone who knows their RV well and doesn't have many concerns. It ranges from $250 to $420
- Tier 2
This inspection is typically used for annual or pre-purchase inspections. During this inspection the tires and suspension will be visually inspected.
Engine and Transmission Fluids will be checked. Slide rooms and any jacks will be operated and inspected. All appliances will be tested. All plumbing will be inspected and tested. Electrical systems will be cycled. Batteries and charging system will be tested. Roof and interior walls will be inspected for any leaks and water damage. All 120VAC circuits will be tested. This typically costs $400 to $750 and can take up to 4 hours on larger RV's
- Tier 3
Tier 3 is reserved for someone who wants to know EVERYTHING about an RV with no restraint on the cost. It includes everything in the Tier 2 inspection but in much further depth. It covers everything on the RV. The cost ranges from $1000-$2000 depending on the size of the RV and what we find. This service can take up to 7 hours with multiple technicians.
